You may have heard that I’ve been tryng (for some time now) to lose weight. I’m afraid I’m one of those yo yo dieters whose weight goes up and down continuously. I managed to lose some weight in time for my wedding day, but then after that, and within only a few months I had gained another 10 kilograms, then 15 kilograms.
Last week was the beginning of my determined effort to start to do physical exercise by going to the gym first thing in the morning. Having read Stephen Covey’s books on the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, I am trying to put into practise what I learnt about creating habits. That we are creatures of routine, so is time for me to create my own routine. As part of this I will be filiming myself to track my progress, wish me luck!
On the way to the gym I came across some ducks and swans having playing around and having fun!
Finally I made it to the gym …
… and home again.
