Alice’s 99p discovery

On my way into town today I came across some more glorious flowers.  Something I hadn’t noticed until today was that some trees have flowers with different colours.  It appears to be some sort of cherry tree but I am not certain.  Most blossoms are white but there are some with pink petals.

Then as I was just nearing the city, I saw a bunch of colourful balloons in the distant.  I thought it might be someone’s birthday or maybe an anniversary of a shop?  But as I grew closer I realised the balloons were attached to an outdoor sign in front of the Lloyds No1. Bar.  A gentleman was standing by the sign, and as I walked past him on the footpath, he handed me a voucher.  The voucher was 99 pence for a breakfast deal, consisting of a drink plus a bacon bap.  Lloyds No.1 Bar seems to be part of the Weatherspoons group now and so the offers are named under the banner of Weatherspoons.  I put the voucher to the test, and the results were fantastic.  I highly recommend their breakfast deal.
