When we were in Dartmouth (Devon), we found this cute little tea house just off the high street towards the hill. My friends and I had devonshire tea again, while my husband had a beef stew instead. I can’t remember the name of the place which is a shame. The interiors were warm and cosy, and the service was superb. The waiters were very efficient and friendly too.
