The other night we had a music night and prayer evening. The quiet time together for prayer reminded me of a sermon we had a few weeks ago on prayer. I enjoyed that particular sermon so very much that I recorded some of it, that I will upload soon.
I was introduced to some new songs, that we will be singing at the service this Sunday and the evening service called FOG.
Beauty unspoken, glory unchanging, maker of the stars above.
God uncreated, made yourself nothing;
carrying the cross for love.
Thank you, God, thank you, God
thank you, God, for saving me
Light in the darkness, one with the Father,
the beginning and the end
Lifter of burdens, bruised and forsaken,
Jesus Christ the sinner’s friend
Thank you, God, thank you, God
thank you, God, for saving me
You are love never ending,
your grace overwhelming;
crucified for me.
And this blood, never failing,
your mercy unveiling,
given Lord for me.
You are love never ending,
your grace overwhelming;
crucified for me.
And this blood, never failing,
your mercy unveiling,
given Lord for me.”
