Piano technique

When playing the piano, it is all too easy to strain your hand and develop RSI and other problems.

It is important that you keep relaxed and tension free.  Paul Lanfear studied with Carola Grindea, and he demonstrated to me how to use this technique to avoid strain.  You view these piano techniques in the videos produced by Carola Grindea below.  I’ve found that since I have started using this technique, I no longer suffer from sore or aching hands and arms, as I had in the past.  Now I can play the piano for many hours (literally) without any discomfort.  If you play the piano or are now beginning to learn, I think you should find these videos very helpful.
