Welcome to Day 14 of my 21 day challenge to establish a new daily routine of meditation, exercise and learning.
Today I woke up so refreshed as slept all night long which was fantastic progress for me. I was simply bursting with enthusiasm.
Today I did a meditation from Boho Beautiful. It was a guided meditation for relief and grounding in stressful times. I don’t know exactly but I think I might have fallen asleep during it!?! The youtube link is https://youtu.be/z0GtmPnqAd8
Before I had a chance to get breakfast, I was struck by an awful pain in the lower left abdomen and had nausea for a couple of hours until the abdomen pain subsided. I was left exhausted so then I went back to bed and ended up sleeping all day. So the day came and went in a flash. And I almost felt as if I had been robbed. As the day passed, and I didn’t get the chance to really do anything at all.
After I woke up I finally managed to get myself some breakfast. My stomach felt really sore but it was no doubt due to me not having eaten anything since last night. I thought having got up so late now that my opportunity to go outside had passed by. However looking out the window I realised it was still very sunny so I took the opportunity to go out for a very went quick walk while it was still daylight.
Today was also day 3 of my meditation challenge with Sura Flow, and I completed the meditation video and follow up journalling.
