Day 19 of my new routine

Welcome to Day 19 of my 21 day challenge to establish a new daily routine of meditation, exercise and learning.

I spent most of my day today driving around all over the place.  To the chemist and into lots of different supermarkets trying to find this packet of Buscopan.  When I went into the pharmacy they had all sold out of Buscopan.  And when I went to the various different supermarkets they didn’t stock it.  It took up a large chunk of my time, and as it was getting a bit late and I needed to return home for dinner.  So I gave up in the end.  So I don’t have the tablets yet but I will need to go out again tomorrow.  It seems like I need to find some other pharmacies and will obviously need to drive a bit further afield tomorrow. Although my trip wasn’t a success in finding my tablets, I did at least manage to pick up some reduced food while I was at the shops so that was an unexpected bonus.

Today I completed Day 8 of the 21 day meditation challenge that I started earlier this week with Sura Flow. Today’s mediation was a 10 minute video on relaxation.

For my exercise today I didn’t get outside for a walk.  Again I slept most of the day away.  And when awake I spent my time sorting though another box of clutter.  However most of time was spent driving all around from one supermarket to another trying to find my Buscopan tablets.
