Day 21 of my 21 day challenge

Woohoo! I finished my 21 day challenge today! It’s so marvellous to have something to celebrate right now, amidst the chaos of this pandemic and falling ill. It is such a satisfying thing to know that I have now established a new habit, of starting each day with meditation. And when possible fitting in some form of exercise each day, and learning something new.

Welcome to Day 21 of my 21 day challenge to establish a new daily routine of meditation, exercise and learning.  


Today I did a meditation from Pandey Integrated Healthcare.  The topic is meditation anchors.  The youtube link is There were some interesting points raised in today’s meditation and I took down some notes. Meditation anchors. A benefit of meditation is the way the blood flows after starting meditation. Mediation is linked to helping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and basis of cerebral blood flow in imaging studies. In his video, Dr Vikas holds up a symbol, which he calls an Ooommm

Today I completed Day 10 of the 21 day meditation challenge that I started earlier this week with Sura Flow. Today’s mediation was a 10 minute video discovering four different types of meditation.  If you want to see details on the meditation challenge the link is:-


For my exercise today I took a short walk ignto the countryside.  It was such a treat to get amongst nature again and see the beauty of the wild flowers and beautiful blue sky.

Lately I’ve also been busy watering my edible plants, the herbs and also these young tomato plants. It is so pleasing to see them flourish. They are all growing strong and healthy. All except for the coriander which for some reason isn’t looking very happy.
