- Welcome to Day 3 of week one of this 12 week Meditation Challenge.

- By now you will be familiar with how to create your own meditation for focussed awareness.
- So I’m today’s video I’ve kept it super short, by counting down from five to one.In this meditation, you will repeat the same words over and over again. For example “Breathe in ………….., breathe out …………….”.
- And I encourage you to say your own meditation for yourself, either out load or to yourself, using your “thinking voice”.
- As explained in days 1 and 2 of this challenge, when you choose your own words to insert into this focussed awareness meditation, be sure to choose something that is aspirational and meaningful to you.
